Just as you can send thoughts or intentions across distances, Reiki energy can be directed to you from anywhere in the world. During a distance session, the practitioner uses focused intention and energy to connect with you, facilitating healing as effectively as an in-person session. Many clients report similar sensations and benefits from distance sessions as they do from face-to-face treatments, making it a flexible and powerful option for your healing needs
